Why? Its simple, light and doesnt alter system files. Meaning editing a file on the command line will be the same as editing via Webmin. Other panels alter system files so severely that editing via command line is not an option.
So, its simple text menues that work great on desktop and mobile.
its light, meaning more resources are dedicated to the client and not to making pretty colors and icons to click on.
