If you didnt received an email with your servers web address and login info, then your account has been suspected of being spam/fraud and is not going to be approved. Please submit a support ticket through the portal with your registration name and email if you think this is incorrect.
You must enter correct address, email and phone number, and it has to match your paypal account.
